Ecodek Host Wrexham Foodbank Collection Day
Ecodek are proud to announce that we will be hosting a Wrexham Foodbank Collection Day on Friday 14th January.

About Wrexham Foodbank
Every day people in the UK go hungry for reasons ranging from redundancy to receiving any unexpected bill on a low income. A simple box of food can make a huge difference, with foodbanks helping prevent crime, housing loss, family breakdown and mental health problems.
Wrexham Foodbank is part of the Trussell Trust’s network of 428 foodbanks across the UK which are working to tackle food poverty and hunger in local communities.
In both 2020 and 2021, the Trussell Trust Foodbank Network provided 2,537,198 three-day emergency food supplies and support to UK people in crisis. Of these, 980,082 went to children.
How Can You Help?
The Ecodek team will be accepting donations from 8:00am – 2:00pm on Friday 14th January at the Ecodek factory. Any donations are welcome however the items that are mostly needed right now are:

- Rice Pudding
- Pasta Sauce
- Coffee
- UHT Milk
- Fruit Juice
- Tinned Fruit
- Tinned Vegetables
- Tinned Tomatoes
- Tinned Meat
- Tea
- Biscuits
- Deodorant
- Washing Up Liquid
- Shampoo
